But as soon as I started wiping with paper towels, we saw it works FAST!. It goes on looking a little milky and waxy, which made me nervous at first. For the scorch marks I used a little baking soda to remove the stain and then used this spray to even the finish across the surface. The quartz feels a slightly glossy and water repellant after use. It does leave a smooth finish on the surface of quartz due to which it becomes a little stain resistant. The cleaner does not directly remove the scorch marks but removes the light stains left due to food. The one I have shown in the picture is a scorch mark that was left due to a microwave heated glass container. I keep getting some nasty stains that do not go off easily with wiping alone.
